From 2018 to 2022, Mauro served as an Audio Engineer and Assistant Engineer at Sonic Ranch Studios in Tornillo, Texas—widely recognized as one of the world’s premier residential recording studios. During his time there, he collaborated with internationally respected producers, engineers, and artists while refining his expertise in large-format analog consoles, world-class recording spaces, vintage microphones, tape machines, and hybrid analog/digital workflows. His experience at Sonic Ranch provided the foundation for hundreds of commercially released recordings across a wide variety of musical styles.

Today, Mauro serves as the House Engineer at Blue Cat Studio in San Antonio, Texas, where he continues to work with artists from around the world, providing recording, production, editing, mixing, and mastering services within a professional hybrid analog and digital environment. His clients range from emerging independent artists to internationally recognized performers, with every project receiving the same level of creativity, technical precision, and attention to detail regardless of its scale.

As a lifelong musician, Mauro began his career as a bassist, songwriter, and performer—experiences that continue to shape his production philosophy.
